David can be looked to for the best example of customer service & follow up. We will work with David on any future home loan needs we have & refer him to anyone we can. We could not have had a better experience. It's apparent how passionate David is about this work because he makes you feel like his only & most important client. His response rate to any questions or such is truly unbelievable. Often I would get a reply within moments. He explained everything clearly, kept in constant contact, and helped push to expedite our loan process. My only wish was that we had a "David" to partner with in every other company we work with. If you don't take the opportunity to work with him you're truly missing out. Not only will his kind & detail orientated approach impress you, but he will help take some of the stress out of the process. Jon was amazing. He was attentive, knowledgeable and patient. As first time buyers we had tons of questions and he took the time to answer all of them. Submitting the paperwork was a breeze and was done with the click of mouse. He walked us through the process and explained every number.
