Dan was fantastic to work with. We were able to get our pre-approval letter quickly so we could make an offer on our new house. He kept me in the loop on the progress of our loan daily and explained every step. He was available to answer questions anytime I needed him.

When there were items that seemed to have been handled already, Mario would investigate and get a resolution so that I did not feel I was wasting time.
