Pete made the home purchasing experience easy. He explained everything and assured me that he was working his hardest to take care of me in the process. Pete is actually a huge reason why I got my house over all the other offers. I was not the highest offer but because the listing agent had worked with Pete countless times in the past the agent was more comfortable selling the house to me.
