We talked about all the potential things to keep in mind (taxes, insurance and the ranges they would be in depending on areas we were looking at) and he was highly knowledgeable about everywhere we discussed. While my fiancé and I are both familiar with the mortgage process, Thomas was able to provide additional information for us on what to expect with our own home, which has been a great heads up!
