Amanda was very good at explaining all aspects of the loan process, helpful in assisting us with navigating the real estate market and prompt when calling to keep updated on the progress while we were looking for a new home. Jenny is the best there is. I was a first time home buyer, and she broke everything down so that I could understand every step of the process. It took me awhile to find a home that I really wanted (about 18 months), but she was understanding, patient, and very helpful. I never felt rushed or neglected.
