There was no “selling”. His suggestions were perfect for myself and my family. He understood me as a consumer. His education on the process was HUGE. (eG he advised me to send in a copy of a bill that he thought UW would need. And when they needed it, I was able to upload same day).
He was the one I went to when I had questions even after his “time” was up. Not because others weren’t there for me, but because Jason knew me and knew how to explain it to me. Because he understood me as a consumer.

I am a leader in a customer service environment that strives on perfect experiences and knowing your customers. Because I’m in the service field myself, I often compare our work with other company’s work for service. Sometimes those (me) are the WORST customers! Jason was great. I wouldn’t change a thing.

That is very important to be able to reach someone when you call and need answers right away, which of course I understand is not always possible, but she came through. Jon was amazing. He was attentive, knowledgeable and patient. As first time buyers we had tons of questions and he took the time to answer all of them. Submitting the paperwork was a breeze and was done with the click of mouse. He walked us through the process and explained every number.
