Marcus is awesome!!! He was so patient with me, and extremely helpful. Any small question I had, he had an answer. I closed on Halloween, and this was my first home. I'm so happy that I had Marcus there to help me every step of the way!
Also, he's a "Monday" person lol, sometimes I needed that great mood that he kept, to boost mine!!! Thank you Marcus 😊

I cannot begin to explain how much we adore Mike Gunn. After a disastrous experience with another bank that cost us a home we loved, we were at square one again. We filled out a pre qualification with rocket just to have one to submit offers but fully intended to go local until we got to know Mike. We felt so comfortable and he was always available to help. Like, Saturday at 11:00 at night talking...I cannot begin to explain how much we adore Mike Gunn. After a disastrous experience with another bank that cost us a home we loved, we were at square one again. We filled out a pre qualification with rocket just to have one to submit offers but fully intended to go local until we got to know Mike. We felt so comfortable and he was always available to help. Like, Saturday at 11:00 at night talking to us for 45 minutes because we had a question. He also was trapped in a literal hurricane with no power and still texted me back and got on with the person covering his clients for a few days and made sure things were handled correctly. Which we did not ask or expect! He’s knowledgeable, professional, and he actually fights for you and wants you to have the best deal you can. He even helped us get a lower rate a few days before close. Rocket also matched or beat every single local rate. Their online system is extremely helpful if you are like me and need to micromanage where you are in the process. It helps you know exactly where you are and what you have left.

I would highly highly recommend Mike Gunn to anyone. Not only is he a great loan officer but he seems like a good person who genuinely cares. Ryan was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. He was always making sure that he could give me the best information and advice for both the loan application but also the other details such as house hunting and even contract work. I’ll start off by saying I had previously been working with a few lenders- really thought buying a home was going to be IMPOSSIBLE. Our previous lender gave us a loan estimate with a crappy rate and ate up all our seller credits in fees and such. I was waiting and waiting for phone calls about letters of explanations, or conditions that needed to be met- never got them!
