George said he would get back to me to lock in a rate if it looked like it would go up. He didn't contact me until afterwards. Now I have to pay an extra $100 per month for my mortgage. Do not recommend.

What we discussed and the dollar amounts on day one were spot on and within a few hundred dollars on closing day.
