Angelo was great. What I didn't understand from the beginning is that I would be working with a large number of people throughout the process. I often did not know exactly who to go to when. I had one lady who said she would become my key contact and that she had a team of people to help her. I then begin receiving requests from ???? When I had a question, I was not often able to get ahold of...Angelo was great.
