Allen is Fantastic. I used him to refinance my home a few years ago; when it was time to purchase a new home he is the only one I wanted to work with. Allen is responsive, proactively contacted me if he didn't hear from me for a couple weeks. Allen got the business done, but he didn't make it feel like a business transaction.
