Joseph himself was pretty good. The process as a whole was terrible. This was my third loan with Rocket. First 2 were great. This one from the get-go was horrible. The original loan officer dropped the ball and it got switched to Joseph. Denis who took over next was like a robot. Could not explain what conditions were needed to get the loan to the finish line. The big issue was a property I owned...Joseph himself was pretty good. The process as a whole was terrible. This was my third loan with Rocket. First 2 were great. I gave repeated statements , had Emails from HOA and supplied everything 5 different times. Finally, loan made closing and for two days crickets. I had to reach out to the title company, whoi did not have kind things to say about the closer. Evidently, needed an addendum for the Ernest Money deposit and no one communicated this. Sorry to say will not do another loan with Rocket if the need arises

For the record, I am very qualified as stated several times by Jospeh and everyone else. Again, Joseph not the issue. your process needs to be revamped.Read MoreRead Less
