Just an unbelievably wonderful experience! Bruce gets back to you immediately, answers all questions, thoughtfully considers options, and actually saved me a few thousand (unexpected) dollars on a closing cost promotion that I technically wasn't supposed to use. There's no undesired 'selling'.
