Shane did a great job handling my loan application. He was very professional.

One thing that has me pretty annoyed is that after the loan closing I have received and continue to receive A LOT of junk mail. I realized Shane has nothing to do with this, but I need to voice my displeasure about this, so hopefully this feedback goes through the proper channels.

I started my loan process with another lender. When it fell apart, I was referred to Nate Pitts at Rocket Mortgage. I contacted Nate and explained my situation. He was extremely patient and answered all questions about the Rocket Mortgage mortgage process. Nathan got me approved the same day! Amanda was very good at explaining all aspects of the loan process, helpful in assisting us with navigating the real estate market and prompt when calling to keep updated on the progress while we were looking for a new home. The market where we bought is very stressful (we bid unsuccessfully on 12 homes before finally landing one) and Amanda was patient and encouraging through the entire process....Amanda was very good at explaining all aspects of the loan process, helpful in assisting us with navigating the real estate market and prompt when calling to keep updated on the progress while we were looking for a new home.
