Justin was soooo incredibly wonderful! I don't think I've ever experienced customer service at this level. Besides being super knowledgeable, he was extremely patient and so kind. He made us feel so comfortable we felt a bit sad when we had to work with other specialists (all of whom ended up being just as awesome) because we were so comfortable with him.
