With 4 home purchase and 3 refinancing I've been through I have a pretty good sense of the spectrum of loan officers you can deal with. It's the combination of his expertise, professionalism, and technology offered by Rocket Mortgage that allowed us to acquire our condo in a very competitive seller's market. For our loan to close in just about 3 weeks will summarize how well the entire team worked and of course Chad was the one who interfaced with us. Moe was outstanding to work with! We had a complex situation and were not sure how we wanted to approach financing a new mortgage for an investment property. Moe provided excellent advice and information. I work in management within a 400+ customer call center therefore the customer experience for our customers and myself is extremely important. I will spread the word for Ben as far as I can.
