Don't be deceived by how friendly Matthew is and be skeptic about it; he really is a genuinely professional and a nice guy. He meant what he said and does what he says. We had 3 different lenders, and Matthew wasn't our first choice. Until we gave him a chance and he did his job so well, that made our loan process so smooth.
