Somewhat a grouling process with constant trips to the lender and hours spent trying to call or awaiting a call in regards to pening item. Explored Rocket Mortgage based on great friend referral, but somewhat septical for the ...I strongly recommend Alex and Rocket Mortgage for home purchase.

Spoke to Alex post a quick and easy application. I cannot be more pleased with Alex and the transaction. Best experience I have ever had with a home purchase. I experienced challenges and set backs with my existing home sale, and he was very patient over the six months until we found the perfect home. Alex was always available and provided step by step assistance with every turn. He even proactively called just to check in, a greatly appreciated effort seeming unheard of with my previous experiences.
