Raymn's been fantastic! The condo I was looking at wasn't approved by the VA and I wasn't sure if I would be able to proceed with the purchase. With 4 home purchase and 3 refinancing I've been through I have a pretty good sense of the spectrum of loan officers you can deal with. Because I'm a shopper for good deal, I've seen the very aggressive and unprofessionally and threatening loan officers to the naturally courteous with expertise effortlessly shining. Moe was outstanding to work with! We had a complex situation and were not sure how we wanted to approach financing a new mortgage for an investment property. Moe provided excellent advice and information.
