Youssef is personable and helpful at the same time. When communicating solely on the phone, you often worry that things will get missed or you aren't being heard. But I didn't feel that way with Youssef. I have a tricky, less common home buying situation, and he has been patient and informative. I look forward to continuing to work with him.

I am a real person who thought that I would never own a home. In our small town home loans only go to perfect people with perfect credit.
