The process of refinancing with Tara over the phone and online was such an improvement over our previous financing experiences. My husband and I have our own business and travel regularly and amazingly were able to explore options with Tara and lock in our rate in the time it took to drive from the airport to our hotel. She is excellent at running quick scenarios and following up with precise figures. Every detail matched from first conversations to the final legal documents.

Tara went out of her way to help us with any questions - her follow through was exceptional.

I was introduced to Aaron by a mutual client of ours that had spoken to the usual big lenders In town, but could not be helped. Aaron was able to work around their issues, prequalify them and we were under contract within a week. A few weeks later, I ran into another situation. We are closing in a week, less than a month of escrow for an FHA loan. If it seems impossible, give Aaron a call before you give up, he may just make it work for you. But it doesn't stop there, he is officially added to my "Vendor List" of preferred banks. I will gladly use him whether I have a perfect buyer or one with some problems to work around. I called Rocket Mortgage after receiving a Mortgage offer from another company. Despite such a shot closing period that would have put them up against a wall Avis and his team were able to provide me with multiple options while focusing on the parts of current loan offer that I was unsure about. I did not go with Rocket Mortgage but my experience was good enough that I would recommend Avis and ...I called Rocket Mortgage after receiving a Mortgage offer from another company.
