I was in a BAD mood when I went online to try the Rocket Mortgage. We had sold our home last year planning on moving out of state, that plan got delayed. Then our apartments let us know they were raising our rent by $300. Needless to say I was mad and not expecting much filling out an online app. Within 15 minutes Sage called me, had me curious because he wasn't acting like a salesman, and within ...I was in a BAD mood when I went online to try the Rocket Mortgage. Needless to say I was mad and not expecting much filling out an online app. Within 15 minutes Sage called me, had me curious because he wasn't acting like a salesman, and within the next 30 minutes I had a pre-approved mortgage. He was professional, walked me thru to the next steps and kept in contact with me the whole process. Not sure I can thank him enough. Did I say the next day after the pre-approval we were out with a Realtor looking at houses. We have been in our home for a few months and are very happy.
