I told him that no matter what the purchase price is, I wanted to stay in a certain range. Unlike the other lenders who told me it was not possible, he evaluated other loan options to fit what I wanted. He listened and proved that he had my best interests in mind. She elicited help from others, brainstormed and calculated her way to the best offer from a neutral lender. In the end the preferred lender won out with their dangling of shiny golden credits. But, the true champion is the hard working, dedicated, doggedly-determined loan ...Cheryl is awesome.
