I was a first time home buyer and Tom made my experience as simple as possible. He was able to break everything down for me to completely understand and was there to answer questions whenever I had them. The process of refinancing with Tara over the phone and online was such an improvement over our previous financing experiences. My husband and I have our own business and travel regularly and amazingly were able to explore options with Tara and lock in our rate in the time it took to drive from the airport to our hotel. She is excellent at running quick scenarios and following up with precise figures. Every detail matched from first conversations to the final legal documents.
