John Keough and Rocket Mortgage made our refinance process very easy. They were available by email, or phone. Answers came quickly, and John and his crew were always polite and easily understood. We were given a time frame up front, and we came close to that end. I would refer John to any of my friends or family that needed a refi or a new home loan. I was very pleased.

Rosie was the most professional banker I have ever worked with. She took the time to explain all of the ins and outs of getting a mortgage and I would recommend her particularly to those first time buyers.

In addition to the valuable time she gave to me and my wife, Rosie also was able to find us a killer deal that neither of the three competing banks we spoke with could compete with. Thanks ...
