Nick was very easy and pleasant to work with. Due to time zone differences and lots of travel, I preferred communications over e-mail and although certain things would have been much faster to resolve over a quick phone conversation, Nick was patient to accommodate my requests for information over e-mail.

Also, Nick proposed loan options that I was not even considering but ones that provided me with the best rate and lowest cost. I ended up going with such an option.
