I called 800 number to get info about Heloc. Chris explained the underwriting details so I ended up refinance my first home mortgage and got a Heloc. Doing so, I locked my rate for a longer period with lower Heloc rate. Chris was very responsive. He always got back to my calls or email within couple hours. He is very knowledge, ethical and conservative. My entire refinance experience was excellent...I called 800 number to get info about Heloc.
