TARA I HAD BEFORE. I LOOKED UP MY LAST REFINANCING AND WAS HAPPY I FOUND HER. SHE WAS ON TOP OF ALL THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE BY HER IN MY REFINANCING IN DECEMBER. SHE KEPT ME INFORMED OF WHAT WAS HAPPENING ON MY ACCOUNT. SHE WAS PROFESSIONAL AT HER INVOLVEMENT FOR MY REFINANCING. SHE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. I CAN UNDERSTAND WHY SHE HAS BEEN AWARDED THE PRESIDENTS CLUB AWARD YEAR AFTER YEAR....TARA I HAD BEFORE. I LOOKED UP MY LAST REFINANCING AND WAS HAPPY I FOUND HER. SHE WAS ON TOP OF ALL THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE BY HER IN MY REFINANCING IN DECEMBER. SHE KEPT ME INFORMED OF WHAT WAS HAPPENING ON MY ACCOUNT. SHE WAS PROFESSIONAL AT HER INVOLVEMENT FOR MY REFINANCING. SHE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. I CAN UNDERSTAND WHY SHE HAS BEEN AWARDED THE PRESIDENTS CLUB AWARD YEAR AFTER YEAR. I WOULD NOT HAVE WENT THROUGH Rocket Mortgage IF I WASN'T ABLE TO HAVE HER REPRESENT ME.
I APPRECIATED ALL HER WORK. THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH TARA. NOW FOR THE REST OF THE TEAM, MELINDA I ENJOYED WORKING WITH. SHE DID A LOT OF THE FINANCIAL END OF THINGS. SOURCE TITLE WAS NOT THE GREATEST TO DEAL WITH WHICH I AM SORRY TO SAY. TO MANY PEOPLE INVOLVED. TO MANY FORMS TO SIGN PLUS MISSED A FEW SO THEY HAD TO COME BACK TO MY HOME FOR ME TO SIGN THEM. ALSO, JUST LAST WEEK THEY SENT ME A COMPLETED DEED OF TRUST AND SAID EVERYTHING WAS FINISHED AND RECORDED AND TO KEEP THOSE RECORDS. THEN 2 DAYS LATER I GET TE SAME THING AND THEY WANTED ME TO SIGN WHERE THEY HAVE MARKED AND SEND IT BACK. THE NEXT DAY I GOT A CALL FROM POWELL SAYING EVERYTHING IS OK. SO I NEED TO KNOW IF THE COPY OF THE DEED OF TRUST IS RECORDED IN THE COURTHOUSE AND IF I CAN THROW THE UPS COPY OUT. I AM CONFUSED ON THIS ONE SO PLEASE CLARIFY AND GET BACK TO ME ON EMAIL - ORANGES1943@GMAIL.COM.
