I would like to say my experience with Mr. Thomas was a pleasant one. We needed to refinance to add my husband to the title and receive some cash back. I phone Mr. Thomas and found him to be responsive to my questions and concerns regarding my refinance loan. I can truly say my experience was a great one. I am very glad that I found Scott in my search for a mortgage on my new purchase. I had some issues that he resolved where other lenders could/would not. For example I was looking for a mortgage , for a condo, under 50K. A lot of lenders have minimums. Scot was knowledgeable, very responsive, and pleasant. I referred Scot and gave his number to two people already. I do this only when I find ...I am very glad that I found Scott in my search for a mortgage on my new purchase.
