This is the first time for me dealing with Rocket Mortgage. I'm truly amazed by their new online-based application process. It was very quick, efficient, and totally painless. I'm also very glad to have gotten Allen as my mortgage banker. He came highly recommended to me by my Schwab financial advisor. Allen was very clear, responsive, helpful, and always on top of things.
