Aspirations Design
In my prior life I ran a mortgage bank so I understand the importance of professionalism and communication with your customers. The level of organization involving communication access for customers is unparalleled. At all times, the customer can access their loan file to understand exactly where the loan process for their loan is at that moment. All of the customer tasks are readily available so the customer knows what they have to do to keep the loan process running smoothly.
Organization is important but emphasis should always be on the communication skills of the loan officer and the processor. In this case I cannot say enough about the professionalism, knowledge, and empathy shown to me by Bill McIntyre and his processor Chelsea Page. Thanks to them, the mortgage process was effortless and enjoyable which is how it should be when a person is making one of the most important financial decisions that they will ever make.
I was concerned at first about working with someone online since I had always worked with a loan officer face to face. That concern was not necessary. I am so glad I made the call and incredibly lucky that my call was answered by Bill.
