Kelsey was very friendly and extemly patient with me. I'm very difficult to get ahold if being that I work at a faculty that doesn't allow our phones on during our shift. So, we played quite a bit of phone tag. I would have been perturbed if I was her, but she never once let me feel like I was a bother! She answered every question I had or made sure to get me an answer.
