It was very pleasant working with Scott. He had been very responsive and accommodated our last minute requests. Few of my calls were out of his business hours. Instead, he patiently worked it through. Due to closing date being very close, Scott picked up our case on a weekend and completed it on the same day with all the rates locked in.
