To say that I was pleasantly surprised with the experience of getting a home mortgage loan, with Rocket Mortgage through Sarah Altimore, would be a severe understatement. From start to finish she, or somebody with the answers to my questions, was always available. Dawd Daoud was the first person I contacted at Rocket Mortgage. He was very professional throughout the process of getting my loan done. My loan was no easy task as it involved another party that was being very pushy. Throughout the whole process, Mr. Daoud kept me informed of everything. I wish I could rate him higher.
