My experience with Jason was the best I could have ever wanted. He was very knowledgeable and encouraging. He was the utmost professional in every way possible. I had previously tried to remortgage into a 15-year loan with BofA and had terrible experience with changing rates, changing funds required at closing, etc. Mike and Rocket Mortgage did a great job at explaining the process and holding to their numbers.
