Sarah has many great qualities but her most important one is that she really cares. She knows about you being anxious and on edge. She will not make you wait for answers. After dealing with two other large lenders that gave me a run around for months in regards to a refinance for a land contract conversion. I finally contacted Rocket Mortgage and was privileged to have Nate Pitts answer my specific questions to getting my refinance. He and Rocket Mortgage were the only lender that had the expertise and knowledge of what needed to be done.
