I can't even count how many times I felt she went truly above and beyond what was required of her to make our home buying experience a reality. One example that really stands out: I called to leave a voicemail on a Saturday evening, after we had looked at a house. There was a few documents that were needed, as we were preparing to make an offer on Monday. Not only was I surprised that she answered the phone at 8 o'clock at night, she had everything I needed emailed to me in under an hour! Show me one local banker who would do that!
She is as honest and sincere a person as I have ever met. Not only does she makes the process smooth and easy, she adds a personal factor that is immeasurable. Rocket Mortgage should be proud to call Brittany their employee. I have never met a more personable, upbeat and helpful individual, in any profession that I have ever come in contact with!
