I work for one of the major banks that does mortgage loans and as an employee I can get a small discount on fees but the refinance process is a nightmare. I have seen on numerous occasions the bad service and lengthy process they put clients through. Rocket Mortgage has the process down to a "t". The loan process is smooth and almost enjoyable.
