Saba was both professional and friendly. She was so on the ball and persistent at moving the processes along that she was almost pushy, especially to someone who is reluctant to go into debt in the first place. Sometimes she was so rushed she didn't take the time to explain things very clearly to me, albeit, a very green first time home buyer.
