I contacted Frank back in March to get prequalified to purchase a home in Florida. My home in NJ sold in May but it took five months to close because of the buyer's mortgage company. I was so glad to get Corie on the phone when I called to re-finance my home. I was really only interested in getting info from Rocket Mortgage to see what plans they had to refinance my house. After talking to Corie, with her personality, knowledge, professionalism, & patience with senior citizen, whom is not very computer savvy. She stayed on phone (appox. 1 hour!!) explaining & helping walk me ...I was so glad to get Corie on the phone when I called to re-finance my home. I was really only interested in getting info from Rocket Mortgage to see what plans they had to refinance my house. After talking to Corie, with her personality, knowledge, professionalism, & patience with senior citizen, whom is not very computer savvy. She stayed on phone (appox. 1 hour!!) explaining & helping walk me thru all details of re-financing, along with assisting me on computer. She was awesome, extremely knowledgeable, a great asset to her company.
She showed me how I could refinance my mortgage, pay off all my higher interest loans and credit cards, and drop my total payment by $360.00 a month. Through the process I felt like she was taking my concerns as though they were hers, very empathetic. She may have saved us from having to sell our house, we are very grateful !
