Liz was great, she walked us through the process of refinancing. Organize others on her team to work with us. If I was better on the computer, I wouldn't have had to leave my house at all. But I couldn't figure out how to send a Fax on my computer. Every time I needed to talk to her or Cathy Miller, I couldn't believe it they called back in minutes. When I first started looking for a mortgage lender I contacted Rocket Mortgages and spoke to James. I was quickly pre-approved. I looked for months to find a home and finally decided to build. The builder had a preferred lender and it was not Rocket Mortgages. I called James to pretty much say hey its been nice working with you but this other lender has offered a deal that I'm sure you can not match. To my delight, James beat the other lenders offer. It took 6 months to finish the house from start to finish. I was sure that at closing time the expected costs would be higher but they were not. James and Rocket Mortgages stood by what they promised. I have recommended James to my family and friends. There is no question that I would use James again.
