My wife and I are first time home buyers. We found a beautiful condo for sale and wanted to make an offer. However, in order to do that we needed to get pre-qualified for a mortgage loan. My entire situation was crazy from having to "rush" buy a house, my unusual work/ income history....and more. I seriously would have lost my mind if it weren't for Greg! He just took the timeto really help me, explained things not once but multiple times because God forbid I retain information in my Noggin, and was always there to take my crazy phone calls.
