Nate was very helpful with my home buying experience. It is a competitive buyers market where I live and every time I needed a pre approval for a specific property he was able to do it immediately. There was constant follow up and Nate would always check in before the weekend to give me his availability incase I needed anything. I contacted Rocket Mortgage to explore options on a refi. Mario contacted me and asked a few questions. Before I knew it, he had not only approved us for a refi but the package he put together was going to save far more money than I had ever anticipated. I thought I'd simply be able to reduce the life of my loan for approximately the same payment I currently have. Instead, I'm saving money ...I contacted Rocket Mortgage to explore options on a refi. Mario contacted me and asked a few questions. Before I knew it, he had not only approved us for a refi but the package he put together was going to save far more money than I had ever anticipated. I thought I'd simply be able to reduce the life of my loan for approximately the same payment I currently have. Instead, I'm saving money every month and will be able to pay off the mortgage less than 1/3 of the time.

Mario is wonderful. He knows his business and is able to really help his clients.
