Len is awesome. From the very beginning, he was very informative and responded faster than the "salesman" types at local brokers/national banks. I'm in Arizona and he's 3 hours ahead of me; however, I was always able to get ahold of him, even texting him questions on weekends! I can't say enough good stuff about him and I wholeheartedly recommend both him and Rocket Mortgage.
Shane is an outstanding communicator and very helpful when in the process of purchasing a home. He works extremely hard and goes out of the box just to help you out.
