Olivia was wonderful to work with! I have been involved with other mortgage purchases with Rocket Mortgage and it was not a good experience; poor communication and extensions, but, not with Olivia! Great communication and we closed the loan by the original date on the purchase agreement! Thank you, Olivia!! It was great working with you!

Nick did an excellent job explaining the process and searching for a competitive rate. His portion of the process seemed a little rushed considering how long it took Rocket Mortgage to close on the loan, but I attribute that more to his efficiency than to a desire to move onto the next client. I would definitely seek out his assistance going forward.
