We had tried to buy another house, but it didn't appraise and so we were forced to rent it for another 6 months plus until we could get another VA appraisal. During that 6 months time, our credit took a hit and was less than perfect. Cheryl and Marlon worked with us to help us get it back to where it needed to be quickly (When another lender wouldn't).
