Mark exudes confidence as a mortgage banker. He is knowledgeable and helpful. I felt he understood our need and provided comforting responses. I would have him handle my financial needs without hesitation but of course that is not how Rocket Mortgage work. We I had to be handed over to multiple handlers after Mark had completed his part.
I would not hesitate to recommend Mark.
