From our first contact we knew Jake was there to do everything he could to assist us in the most timely fashion possible. Whether it was via email, phone or through the online portal Jake either responded or let us know he was working on connecting us ASAP with the right person to answer our question. Whether it was via email, phone or through the online portal Jake either responded or let us know he was working on connecting us ASAP with the right person to answer our question. Honestly I can't recall a time where it took more than an hour to get the answer to a question we had posed. Usually it was much closer to immediate with regards to response times. That is very unusual in today's business climate and speaks volumes about the service of the company.

At no point did I ever feel pressured or in a position that if we didn't make an immediate decision Jake would just move on to the next customer. There are countless examples where Jake never complained and was more than happy to assist, albeit to upload required documents on our behalf or to walk us through the step by step process of getting our online portal setup initially. I was pleasantly surprised in this regard that after walking my wife through the process Jake was equally happy, willing and patient to repeat the same process with me immediately after.

His demeanor was top notch and he was a consummate professional from start to finish. He clearly knows the nuances of his chosen profession. Furthermore, I have found it to be an greater surprise that once the loan was completed Jake has and continues to be there for us. In short he continues to work as hard at making sure we are satisfied customers after the loan closing as he did to get us through the process initially. That is a rare quality these days and as a result it is because of Jake's continued efforts that I am recommending Rocket Mortgage to everyone I hear who is either considering refinancing or trying for their first mortgage.

As he has stated in a recent email, he is our mortgage broker for life. Based upon our experiences, of this I have no doubt and am comforted to know Jake will once again be there should we ever need to call on him for assistance.Read MoreRead Less

Daniel worked tedious with us to get our purchase of the townhouse through the review process and submitted for loan approval. Our proposed loan was a little unusual but he saw it through the entire process. I look forward working with him again once we sell our house (set to close on November 4th)
