Phillip Ducher was very professional. I had a few hiccups and too much time past between my lock in rate and the appraisal. ( I had issues with appraisal and he had to come back twice) The locked in rate changed but we still went ahead. Watch your appraisals and square footage. That is not Phillips doing though. He was pleasant and returned phone calls. Whole process is cool if you like doing ...Phillip Ducher was very professional. Thomas was an amazing help from start to finish. He was very professional and very efficient. There was never any confusion, delay, or lack of communication. Even when an appraisal came in low and an issue came up that was actually the fault of the previous owner, it was a smooth and painless process. I highly recommend Thomas to anyone looking to buy or refi!

Allen was very easy to work with, he was prompt, attentive and gave me options with a great end result that was a win for me, I am in better shape financially now then I have ever been and plan to stay that way.

I looked into a refi before I was referred to Allen, they told me I could not do it at this time because there would be no benefit to me.

I will also refer Allen and Rocket Mortgage in ...Allen was very easy to work with, he was prompt, attentive and gave me options with a great end result that was a win for me, I am in better shape financially now then I have ever been and plan to stay that way.
