I was so glad to get Corie on the phone when I called to re-finance my home. I was really only interested in getting info from Rocket Mortgage to see what plans they had to refinance my house. After talking to Corie, with her personality, knowledge, professionalism, & patience with senior citizen, whom is not very computer savvy. She stayed on phone (appox. 1 hour!!) explaining & helping walk me ...I was so glad to get Corie on the phone when I called to re-finance my home. She was awesome, extremely knowledgeable, a great asset to her company.
She showed me how I could refinance my mortgage, pay off all my higher interest loans and credit cards, and drop my total payment by $360.00 a month. Through the process I felt like she was taking my concerns as though they were hers, very empathetic. She may have saved us from having to sell our house, we are very grateful !

Shane was very good about explaining any and all parts of the process I had questions on, which was good because I had a lot as a new home buyer. He also excelled at following documentation that needed to be provided and helping me get all of my "todos" in to Rocket Mortgage. From the beginning of the loan process, Jeremy was great! He was patient with me as we worked out all the details of my financial information. He also made the transition smooth to the next step after his banking part was done. When it was all finalized he checked back in with me again to be sure everything was done well.
