This is my third home loan from Rocket Mortgage in last 12 years and Bob White service, professionalism, knowledge and follow-ups is one of the main attraction. Bob is definitely an asset of your organizations. I must say Rocket Mortgage team I dealt with during last decade all been very helpful and knowledgeable. Tom did an extraordinary job helping my husband and I through our home loan process. I'm working with Andrew now and I am not sure if this guy sleeps, has a hobby, or even a family. If he does, they must be suffering greatly, because he is incredibly prompt with a reply (and an answer)regardless of when I reach out. This guy...I mean really...he's done everything short of buying my house out of his own pocket money.
