He was exceedingly patient, spent over an hour on the phone with me as i pulled up all of my pertinent information, and walked me through things slowly and steadily. He is personable, passionate, and clearly has an ernest drive to do the best by his customers. Paul was referred to us by a family member because of the great experience they had. I would say that our experience was even better! Paul was always proactive and responsive. We always knew that we'd get quick answers and service when we had concerns or items that needed taking care of. In the rare case that Paul wasn't available, we were immediately referred to another member that would take care of us. I was told that the policy is to get back to customers within 24 hours, but we never had to wait more than a couple of hours, often even quicker than that. This was our first experience buying a home, and Paul helped ease any concerns or nerves we had.
